Immerse yourself in the rich history and art of the region and visit the many wonderful towns and cities – from our local gems, Castiglione del Lago, Panicale, Citta della Pieve and Chiusi, to the more famous Siena, Florence, Orvietto, Perugia & Assisi- all are within easy reach of us. Let the train take the strain with easy journeys to Rome & Florence and both Adriatic and Mediterranean coasts are a comfortable day trip by car.

Be as lazy or as active as you want. Leisure & Sporting interests are well catered for locally, we have many delightful walks/ cycle paths nearby and around the Lake are many safe beaches with children’s play areas and cafès. Go sailing or windsurfing on the Lake or simply catch a ferry to one of the two islands and explore at your leisure. Hire bikes and ride round the lakes on safe cycle paths or for the more active there is golf on three uncrowded challenging courses, horse riding, tennis, windsurfing,parachute jumping, all nearby. Or you could just enjoy relaxing in our pine shaded grounds, cool off in the 4.5 x 8.5m pool or eat al-fresco under the pergola alongside the pool. There is also a children’s play area with swings and seesaw.
