- Il Castello di Montegiove -one of the oldest and best preserved castles in Umbria & home to a successful winery producing delicious red wines
- Scarzuola – created by the famous Italian architect Tommaso Buzzi, a sort of “ideal” city grouped in seven theatre scenes depicting a blend between nature, culture and symbolism.
- Orvieto, home to the delicious Orvieto Classico white wine, is an amazing town with a wonderful Cathedral façade, immense medieval city well, Etruscan tomb village and so much more, all on a tu-fa stone plateaux riddled with caves –a must see.
- Lago di Bolsena – it is possible to drive round this pretty lake, stopping for lunch at one of the lakeside restaurants and admiring the magnificent hydranga plants that grow so well here.
